Mama Hildegard is brewed with spelt for rustic depth, local honey and coriander seeds for a herbal twist. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvinand Hallertau Blanc, it bursts with white wine and stonefruit notes — an ode to Bingen’s proud winemaking tradition.
